Frequently Asked Questions

What forms of ID are acceptable?

  • An original valid ID that is not expired.

  • .Passport

  • .Driver's License

Do you provide witnesses?

  • Yes, the fee for in-person witnesses is $30.

  • Witnesses needed during an online notarization is $25 per witness needed.

Do you print documents prior to the appointment?

  • Yes, we are able to print and pre-tag the documents prior to the appointment.

  • Additional fees may apply for documents more than 50 pages.

Do you offer after hours services?

  • Yes, for Mobile appointments after business hours can be accommodated. Please email or call for further information. -Additional fees apply 

Is there a deposit fee?

  • All Mobile services and in-person appointment have a standard deposit fee of $60

  • Non-refundable - Appointments must be canceled at least 120 minutes from scheduled time.

Do all parties need to be present during the session?

  • Yes, all parties must be present during the session both online and in-person.

  • If in case a signer cannot be present a separate session can be scheduled for the additional signer. (Additional fees apply)

Do you ship documents internationally or within the U.S?

  • Yes, the client is responsible for the shipping label which will need to be provided in a PDF format.

How far in advance do we need to schedule before business hours?

  • At least 24 hours in advance or before the end of the business day. (7:00 PM EST)

Is there a rescheduling fee?

  • No, There are no fees to reschedule your appointment.

Do you offer same-day Mobile Notary services? (If needed at the last minute or within a time frame?)

  • Yes, Email or Contact directly to schedule. Deposit must be paid.

  • Deposit fee is non-refundable if cancelled.
